Yes, Biomechanics has created a BAA that we use for all of our clients. It is up to date as recommended by CMS. Once a contract is signed we will share with you an executed Business Associate Agreement.

All communication is secured, all of our vendors sign BAAs, emails are secure, all documents are secure.

Additionally all Clinicians on the platform will execute a BAA as well.

We have a designated HIPAA compliance officer and we teach, test, and document compliance monthly.
