Yes, Biomechanics has created a BAA that we use for all of our clients. It is up to date as recommended by CMS. Once a contract is signed we will share with you an executed Business Associate Agreement. Additionally all Clinicians on the platform will execute a BAA as well.

Since we are a platform we do not provide direct patient care. However we work with 1000's of providers, outpatient clinics, and home health agencies. So we will take down your name, insurance information, address, diagnosis, and when you need therapy and we will connect you with a provider that can offer you services.

Absolutely. Many patients have had a fall, fracture, or injury and need the skilled services of a physical therapist, occupational therapist or a nurse. Falls are dangerous, but can be mitigated with proper medication management, vital sign monitoring, exercise, hydration, utilization of equipment like walkers, canes, home modifications like ramps, grab bars, show chairs, raised toilet seats, and specialized training to identify the source of the falls, and a plan to prevent them.
